Synopsis

The Career mode of the previous three games, in which the player has a predetermined amount of time to locate and accomplish objectives, is changed in Pro Skater 4. Instead, version 4 included a Career mode that was more akin to Free Skate mode and gave players unlimited time to explore the level. Characters inside the level typically present the player with missions to complete. Later, the Story modes of the Underground series, American Wasteland, Project 8, and Proving Ground would be viewed as this Career mode.
