Synopsis

Syndicate criminal leader Mr. X established the RoboCy Corporation as a research organization to use as a front for his illicit endeavors after suffering two defeats. Dr. Dahm (Dr. Zero in Japan), the top roboticist in the world, has been hired to work with him on building an army of lifelike robots that would take the place of major municipal leaders.
